EXHIBITION „THE ETERNAL NATURE“ OPENED AT THE MUSEUM

Tatjana Kazimierėnienė and Dr. Nijolė Tumėnienė

It is symbolic that on the 1st of March, the first day of calendar spring, when nature starts to awaken, exhibition „The Eternal Nature“ by the graphic artist Tatjana Kazimierėnienė was opened at the museum’s Tolerance Center.

The author of the exhibition and the guests of the opening event were greeted by the head of the Tolerance Center, Ieva Šadzevičienė, and by the art researcher, Dr. Nijolė Tumėnienė.

„The aesthetic criteria is especially important for Tatjana Kazimierėnienė, who seeks that her works of art would be not only impressive and interesting, but also harmonious. I want to congratulate the artist who succeeded in combining the classical tradition and the concept of modern art”, Dr. Tumėnienė said.

A singer, who specializes in folk music and promotes cultural dialogue, Dr. Marija Krupoves-Berg, contributed to the festive atmosphere of the event by performing five songs in Yiddish.
